Dried Krakow Sausage

This traditional cold cut consists of coarse-ground diced pork cuts mixed with black pepper and nutmeg, stuffed into a 2.5" wide round fibrous casing. This sausage slow-smoked and dried for a unique dry texture and smoky flavor. Whole is 7" long and approximately 1 lb.
